Sessions are non-refundable and a cancellation fee applies for no-shows who cancel less than 24 hours in advance (as prep work is necessary). Knowledge is power, and I’d like you to be completely in the know before any energetic exchange.

FAQs About Sessions

 What is a full guidance session?

A guidance session is a personalized Zoom appointment where I assist you in exploring your spiritual path, addressing challenges, and uncovering insights using metaphysical tools and intuitive practices.

How long is a full session?

Full sessions last 50 minutes, depending on your needs and the depth of the guidance required.

What can I expect during a full session?

During a full session, you can expect a safe and nurturing environment. It will be a guided session that leads into the Akashic Records to receive wisdom, healing, or both. We may use tools such as tarot cards, crystals, or meditation techniques to facilitate your exploration and understanding. I’ll send healing and protective light as part of every session. Will I do it during your scheduled time? No, often I do it before.

What’s a Mini Metaphysical Session?

This is the option for “girl, I don’t have time to Zoom” or the “nope, no face-to-face via Zoom for me” need for quick guidance. You get one question and you allow me to access your Records. I do all the work and spend time in the Records without you needing to be there, and you simply get the results. I go ask your question—not on camera—and send you a voice clip with the answer and a short interpretation. Most voice clips will last approximately 5 minutes. Yes, I spend way longer than that doing the energetic work. I deliver within 1-2 days. Again, I can’t guarantee any outcome or expect any specific answer as I’m just the messenger. You also get the same healing light energy sent as I do for a full session.

Do I need to prepare for my session?

While there’s no strict preparation required, it can be helpful to reflect on any specific questions or areas of your life you’d like to focus on during our time together. If you want to give me the question or questions (depending on session) in advance, I would appreciate it, but you’re not bound to those exact questions if you choose a Zoom session.

Do you prepare for the session?

You bet. By signing up, you grant your permission for me to go into the Records before our session to ask how to best help you during our time together. I will also send healing light your way. Will you feel it? It depends. Some sensitives report a tingling, heat, or a sudden chill; however, my goal is not to disrupt your daily life, and I’ll often ask it be delivered while you sleep if my guides (and yours) are okay with that. And yes, I close the Records each time I go in or out. That does not mean you might not get some nudges from your spirit guides afterward. They often like to follow up with intuitive insights.

Is this a one-time session, or can I schedule multiple sessions?

You can choose to have a single session or book multiple sessions. Many clients find ongoing guidance beneficial as they navigate their spiritual journey and life’s obstacles. For a package of sessions, please contact me directly.

How much does a session cost?

A 50-minute session costs $125. A mini session costs $30. See above for descriptions.

Are there any other fees?

Energy work is about mutual respect and energetic exchange. I respect your time, and ask that you respect mine. A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged if a client does not show for the Zoom full session without cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the guidance?

All sessions (full and mini) are non-refundable. I don’t sugar coat or change messages channeled from the divine.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Not at this time.

Does the reading have anything to do with religion?

Nope. Spirituality is about our soul’s journey. Religion is about rules. The guidance I give coexists harmoniously with faith, connection to Spirit and believing in a higher power. Living a spiritual life means being a lifelong student and having the courage to ask difficult questions and seek answers. That said, if you have questions specifically about religion, I’m not the best person to ask.

What’s with the plant obsession?

I freakin’ love plants. While I promise not to babble about advances in quantum biology research and photosynthesis, I often make recommendations of flowers or herbs. For example, today I gave out a cinnamon rec. Don’t get me started on cinnamon’s long history of great uses for everything from an energy boost to protection in folk magic recipes to anti-inflammatory goodness. That said, if you’re allergic to cinnamon or any other herbal recs, please tell me, and as always, use common sense before taking action.

FAQs About Spiritual Guidance

What to ask??? 

Let’s start with limitations—

When seeking personal guidance and insight, consider the Records don’t communicate in when or where without often getting into quantum-level (frustrating) answers. 

Try framing a How or What question for clearer answers. 

Intention counts. A positive attitude helps. 

I cannot predict an outcome, answer, or result. Going to the guides with preset expectations will only get me a not-nice “we’re not a Magic 8 ball” kind of answer.

Also, remember that we cannot predict the future as you have free will and no set future is predetermined. However, we can ask about potential futures with the understanding that free will of all and choices people make can change those possibilities in an instant. 

Enough limitations—what can I ask?
